Are you licensed?+
Yes. Jordan Property Management Group is fully licensed and compliant with all applicable North Carolina real estate and property management regulations.
Can I reach you after hours?+
Our standard office hours are Monday–Friday, 8am–6pm. We have processes in place for after-hours maintenance emergencies.
Can you put the money directly into my account?+
Yes. We offer direct deposit so your rental income is transferred straight to your bank account each month.
Do I get to see the lease or sign it?+
You will review and approve the lease before it is signed. We use a comprehensive, attorney-reviewed lease agreement designed to protect your interests.
How is rent collection handled?+
We collect rent on your behalf, handle any late payments or notices, and disburse funds directly to you with a detailed monthly statement.
How long of a lease do you sign?+
We typically sign one-year leases, which provides stability for both owners and tenants.
How much security deposit do you charge the tenant?+
Security deposits are typically equivalent to one month's rent, in accordance with North Carolina law.
How soon can you start managing my property?+
We can typically begin the onboarding process quickly after your free consultation and agreement signing.
